How much does rent start at, and what is included in the rent?
1 bedroom start at $1689, 2 bedrooms are starting at $1850, and go up to $2225, 3 bedrooms start at $2525. This is only base rent and utilities are billed on the first of every month through UBwest and electric and gas are separate through Xcel.
What amenities are included in the apartments and throughout the community?
Our amenities include: Basketball and tennis court, 24/7 package lockers, 24/7 Fitness Center Pool and hot tub open year round, Dog spa Ski and Bike tune up station
Are your apartments pet-friendly? What are the pet policies, fees, and amenities?
We are pet friendly we just have some breed restrictions examples but not exclusive to pit bulls (Bull terriers and American Staffordshire terriers) Rottweilers, German Shepards, Dobermans Pinschers, Chow Chows, Akitas, and huskies. Pet Rent is $35 monthly and we require a $300 pet deposit.
What lease terms are available? Do you offer short-term leases?
Our lease terms are 12 to 14 months.

How do I apply for an apartment? What are the application requirements and fees?
You can apply for our apartments online through our website the application fee will be $48.50 per person and we require you to make 2x the rent. We require a holding fee as soon as your application goes through and this will go towards your move-in costs. Our security deposit ranges from $500-$1500 depending on your screening results that come back.
Is parking available for residents and guests?
Our parking is all first come first serve for residents and guests and we do have garages available for $125 monthly if needed.
What utilities are included, and which are the resident's responsibility?
Residents are responsible for paying water, sewer and trash on the first of the month with their base monthly rent and Xcel will be billed separately through their own portal.
Is the community gated or secured?
Our community is not gated or secured.
What schools serve the community?
Our community is a part of cherry Creek School District. Homestead Elementary School, West Middle school, and Cherry creek high school are the closest to our property.
What public transportation, highways, and commuter options are nearby?
We have access to I-25 just 8 minutes from our location as well as I-225. We also are only 7 minutes from the nearest light rail station and there is bus stops all along Arapahoe road.
What restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, and entertainment are nearby?
We are only 13 minutes from park meadows mall, Costco, and super Walmart. There is going to be a Safeway, king Soopers and target all within 10 minutes from our property as well.
What parks, trails, and outdoor recreation are close to the community?
We are located right across the street from Holly Park Pool and Tennis Center and have immediate access to Willow Creek Open Space. We also have a vasa just 12 minutes from our property.
What makes this apartment community unique compared to other apartments in the area?
Our property is unique due to our access to Willowcreek open space and the location we are in. We are located in the homestead neighborhood which is quiet and peaceful and we have open trail access just feet away from our buildings to enjoy a walk along willow creek.
